The ability to measure and control the various physical aspects and characterisitics of the baled Standard Rubber has bring about a major change in the rubber industry. There is a drastically increasing demands for these rubber bales as they provide ease in quality control at both reception and processing of the end-user for raw materials. STR comprises of 4 main groups-- STR10, STR20, STRxL and STR CV- depending on the specific control variables. Our consistent and efficient quality control programs, starting from selection of raw material to our extensive laboratory testing will ensure that all bales produced and shipped will meet, if not exceed, your requirements.

Process:
Received cuplumps are spread out in the reception area for contamination picking and DRC determination.
Big Slabs of Cup-lumps must be reduced to smaller sizes for effective removal of the contaminants and
determination of the contramination levels.
Contaminants removed , cup lumps are stored according to grade and rest to obtain leveled characterisitcs
Upon designated time, cup lumps enter the STR line. Slab-cut, washed and strained to further remove
embedded contaminants
Contaminants not removed during the automated processes are removed by hands.
Processed cup lumps are collected in a tank with water overflowing to remove floating particles/contaminants
such as raffia, woodchips, branches sinking material such as dirt, sand, gravel sinks to the bottom of the tank
and remove periodically.
After series of size reduction, rubber crumbs are crepe in series of decreasing thickness to obtain
aggregated rubber crumbs
Crumbs are placed in trolley and oven-dried at 120?C for 7-8 minutes depending on the nature of the
input cup lumps
Biscuits are baled and packed in PE pouches
Bale are inspected and sampled for white spot/contamination Physical Characteristics
Baled STR blocks are packaged according to the customer specifications.
Rubber bales are tested for the physical properties and are graded as such.
The quality control early starts since the first step, before acquiring the “Raw Material” from local farmers,
LATEX sample is analysed in our laboratory.
Filtering phase will eliminate particles and impurities from latex. Diffrent chemical composition is added to
latex depends on type of STR we are planning to produce.
The latex is then poured on a serie of long mould,after chemical reaction, latex will change it status from liquid
to solid in about 12 hours. After this step we obtained a very concentrate latex in form of thick sheet rubber.
From Thin Sheet Rubber will be shed to small pieces of 2-3 millimeters by schredding machine.
After passing through a 110 degrees celsius oven, the small pieces will latex transform into blocks.
The block rubber weight is precisely set to 33.33 kgs per block.
The finished block rubber or STR is packed in plastic film, the package is enforced by a structure of wood to
protect it content during the transport and easy for handling.
